Join world-renowned violinist Sarah Chang as she spends two weeks with the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra during its 2015 Winter Festival. State of the Arts is there for Chang's virtuoso performance of Leonard Bernstein's "West Side Story," and tags along as the violinist works with students at Newark's University Charter School.
