Clip | 6m 21s
State of the Arts NJ visits Salem, NJ, where artists Deborah and Mary Waddington reflect on how Quaker traditions and living along the waterfront influence their work. Deborah, a sculptor who worked at the Franklin Mint, was encouraged to become a sculptor by her mother, Mary, who is a documentary photographer. Mary's mother started the artistic family tradition; she was a painter.
